18 month old neutered chi mix. UTD on Vaccinations and microchipped!

Otis has quite a personality!  He's charming, loving, sensitive and extremely observant. He likes to tease and make funny little faces at you.  We love his bounding energy and his inquisitive nature. He prances when he finds a beloved toy, and howls like a tiny wolf when he's ready to get out of his kennel in the morning.  His exuberance of all things is contagious and the other dogs in his foster home want in on Otis' antics. This little boy just loves to play!  He's learned to fetch, and makes a game out of it, sometimes bringing it back to you, sometimes whizzing by you at the speed of sound.  He loves to run full speed and plow into his canine foster brother or use him as a pummel horse and leap-frogs over his back!  Otis is crate trained and does well with house training with reminders.
