Peyton came to ARF as an owner surrender and he was very fearful.  This boy has really blossomed in foster care and hopefully his fearful days are all behind him.  He is so willing, able and eager to love and be loved.  He settles into a hug like he wished it could last forever.  He is generous with his kisses and is learning to play.  When he brings you a ball, put some warmth in your voice and tell him he’s a “good boy” and watch him transform right before your eyes.  He has learned his name , ‘Peyton come’ and ‘sit’.   He’s easy to teach and happy to learn.  He sleeps in a crate with his brother at night, but would be happiest under the covers snuggling with his person.   This is a very special boy.  He is the piece of your heart you didn’t know you were missing.   

Due to his small size, Peyton would do best in a home without small children.
