Tootsie was believed to be hit by a car that fractured her left forelimb. While in the shelter it was determined that the leg could not be saved and was amputated. We rescued her from the shelter 2 days after the amputation. Let me tell you; she has no idea that she is different from the others! She was immediately content with hopping around and has adjusted amazingly. She is a total lovebug! She lives in her foster home with a couple other dogs and is learning to share. She is full of life and would make a wonderful addition to any home.
